What email providers are supported?
Any email provider that supports forwarding works with Tverifo. Gmail, ProtonMail, Outlook, Yahoo, and custom business email all work. You just need to set up forwarding of INTERAC deposit notifications to your unique store address.
How does the matching work?
When an INTERAC e-Transfer deposit email arrives, Tverifo extracts the order ID, amount, customer name, and email. It matches these against your WooCommerce On Hold orders. If the order ID and amount match, the order is automatically updated to Processing. Unmatched emails go to a review page with scored suggestions.
What if a payment doesn\'t include an order ID?
Tverifo creates a review entry and uses smart matching to suggest the most likely WooCommerce order based on amount, customer name, and email. You can accept or decline the match with one click from the review page.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with row-level isolation per store. API credentials are encrypted, and webhook communication is verified with secret tokens. Each store\'s data is completely isolated from others.
